Duración del tratamiento de sus datos:

  • Sus datos se conservarán en ansiedad10.com durante el tiempo que se mantenga la relación comercial y/o contractual que tenga con nosotros.
  • Los datos se conservarán un mínimo de 5 años.
  • Se conservarán los datos como consecuencia de las responsabilidades derivadas de la relación comercial y las leyes tributarias.
  • Los presupuestos o información sobre nuestros productos que nos solicite se conservarán por el plazo estrictamente necesario para dar respuesta a su petición y nunca más de 1 año después del último contacto.
  • Los currículums recabados se guardarán máximo 1 año desde el último contacto.
  • Los datos cedidos voluntariamente a través del formulario web se conservarán 1 año desde el último contacto, salvo los previstos por la legislación respecto a la prescripción de responsabilidades por requerimiento de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado o Tribunales de Justicia.

Legitimación

  • Podemos tratar sus datos porque o bien son necesarios para la contratación de nuestros servicios o compras o bien porque nos los cedió voluntariamente.
  • Los datos los podemos tratar porque el interesado nos firma un formulario en el que nos autoriza.

Destinatarios

  • El destinatario de sus datos es ansiedad10.com, el responsable del tratamiento.

El ejercicio de sus derechos tendrá una respuesta por parte de la Empresa dentro del plazo de un mes y en todo caso se tendrá en cuenta el contexto, carácter del dato personal, su finalidad y su legitimación.
